I got seer prize. Tempted to use on Betty but is she an obvious traitor and therefore a waste. Zenna, Ina and Friar are the others I'd really like to get an answer on.

don't use it on sonebody who is most likely already going to be lynched, like betty or zeena. use it on somebody who is not so likely to be lynched, but also not being all that helpful.
